STEP 1: Prime your lips with powder or a little foundation or concealer.

STEP 2: Use a lip pencil to outline both upper and lower lips, working from the center outward on your upper lip and from the corners inward on your lower one.

STEP 3: To make your lips look fuller, line just the outside edge of your natural lip line - never go above it.

STEP 4: Go over your first application of lip pencil with a second and much thicker line.

STEP 5: Soften the color with a cotton swab or tissue. This will remove any excess pencil color as it helps to blend the line.

Step 6: Apply your lipstick with a professional lip brush (go right over the pencil line so that you can't see it at all when you're finished).
