For exotic looks, look no further than South America. Lots of Ms Universe comes from that region.
Japanese gals you seen on J-Pop or J-Drama are cute (Kawaii) but from what I had seen when I was there, there are also quite a number of Ugly Betty. Every country has its shares of good looking babes and plain Janes. Make-Up counts alot. A girl with Make-up and really looks like a babe but the same gal without make-up may look like a plain Jane.
