The best place for turtle soup is Tai Seng Shan Rui (????). I have been eating there since 1980s. The main shop is in Upper Paya Lebar and they have other shops in Geylang Lor 3 i think. For more cost effective, I always go to the Food Center in Kelantan Lane near Sim Lim Tower. 1 serving is only $8 for a generous portion. The soup base is the best among all options that I have taken. Hope that you enjoy my recomendations as much as I do. Mike
