Them give them one ang bao will do.. during the wedding dinner.. no need to give twice. If they invite u to their ROM in the morning or afternoon and u feel paisey others give and u didnt give.... maybe you can go precious moments and buy them some gifts, there got alot of nice gifts for wedding. As for the wedding dinner.. give ang bao
