BEST answer? Anything that comes out straight and sincerely from your mouth. Girls are not the only being in the world that needs such "assurance" of "why-do-you-like-me". Guys do, too.
Love can be blind.. but behind you of loving someone, there MUST be a reason. If he/she has nothing "special" in the first place that catches your attention, why would you even want him/her to be your partner?
At times, love like this can be contradicting. However, we can't make an excuse that "there's no reason in loving someone" when there's a phrase call "love is blind". If you think hard, you'll list out many reasons why you love him/her. Not that you are in love with the "good-points" in him/her, but because of those points, that makes the both of you being together!
