Well, it depends on how long you wanna go...
My godparents went for a tour to Europe with SA Tours, and they raved sooooo much about it. Maybe you can look at their itinerary and have some inspiration.
Switzerland is definitely worth going.

They went to Spain and Portugal too, but they pale in comparison to the places mentioned in the above itinerary.
Other European places I recommend include Prague and Italy (Rome, Milan, Venice, Florence, Pisa).
I'm not sure what to buy in Europe, but I know the big brands in Milan (e.g. LV) are cheaper than Singapore.
The watches (in Switzerland) are worth buying too. If you want to go Spain, Zara and Mango came from there, so they're cheaper too.
