 What is your decision?
I'm working in a small company which means less than 10 staffs and I'm my boss's assistant. When I went for interview my boss told me my job is mainly admin work eg sending emails, answer calls, typing letters etc. But now i got to do accounts eg invoices, cashbook, chase customers for payments etc. Then my boss also change her attitude at 1st she was very nice to me like if I made mistakes she dun mind. But now is even I din make any mistakes she will say me eg got once she lost some documents and she inist she give to me. But she din so I told her about it and she say maybe it's because I throw it away accidently. Then last time I can go lunch at any lunch time but now she say I must go at 12.30 pm - 1.30 pm as I must follow the office rules. She also now inist everyday I must let her have a list of what work I'm doing. But to other staffs she never treat them like this just only me. So now I'm really unhappy with this job and wish to resign. Do u think I shd or if u were me what will be your decision? |
