The Chinatown one will be the People's Park Complex. It's where the food centre/market that was revamped is at. The shops are just above the food centre. They installed some escalators there. Just beside the new OG.
Oh and I think arab street has it too. There's this shop which sells materials for customizing accessories. It isn't that great in my opinion though, but if you want just plain beads then you should be able to get them there.
