No in fav of having this type of carparks in SG.
Don't wish to wait too long to get out of the carpark. Imagine during peak hours when many cars in and out of the carpark. It'll definitely take a long time to queue for the lift.
Another factor: What happened if the lift breakdown? You'll definitely get stuck as our local maintenance staff is popular for "slow to response" as long as infrastructure maintenance is concerned.  我每天都很好，
