It looks like she couldn't handle stress very well. She should have listened to her body like what the psychiatrist said. Her boss don't think she is overworked as he probably have a few employees like her doing about the same amount of work too. Almost all of the MNCs here in Singapore have always encouraged work-life balance in one way or another.

I also believe that she has given herself a lot of unnecessary pressure and stress since she is a contract staff. It also seems like she doesn't go out very often nor talk to her friends. She should have joined a forum like ours and go out on some of our outings.
