Hmmm...
Firstly, u have to convert the song to .wav file using converter (I'm currently using Power Audio Converter). Here's the link to dl:

Secondly, u can use Sound Recorder (Go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment -> Sound Recorder) to cut away the unwanted portions. Open the file 1st and use "Delete Before Current Position" and "Delete After Current Position" under "Edit".
Thirdly, save the chorus or the file and then convert it back to .mp3.
