With all the PSP games and MP3 and movies inside, it's usually not "FREE" in the sense that they need cash to maintain their storage. Thus a small one-time membership fee is reasonable.
When people say FREE, they mean you do not need to pay anymore for downloading files. It's just marketing gimmick. :runnynose:
But with all the download sites around, it's better to see what other people are recommending and not jump to test water, coz there's scam sites as well..
