I think as long you have a company registration number & a class 3 license, that's the 2 basic criteria which you need. But take note that commercial vehicles cannot be driven to Malaysia. Happy shopping for your van. I encourage German & Japanese makes like Opel, Toyota etc. French makes like Renault & Peogeut are not very suitable for Tropical country use unless you know how to inspect & maintain their electrical systems.
