 Re: recommended web host
just to update the situation, my website is down for 3 days. it has been up and down repeatedly and i cannot do anything to it for 3 days. singhoster claim they cannot do anything about it, which is bs lar. i dun see other webhost get attacked (the downtime due to attack), i know got security software to protect against this. the webhost only know how to make excuse.
also, i claim for a refund which is THEIR policy for downtime, and they just say my package not much profit, so dun wan to give refund. $4 refund only, but i want them to lose this money or they will nv improve their service. if every customer claim this $4, they lose quite alot. they nv follow their own policy and keep making excuse.
