being hurt by this ger doesnt mean ur next ger will also hurt u.
besides, many many ppl have been hurt in love before.. like for me.. i've been hurt by my ex-bfs before.. and i dare to say, SO WAT? life goes on. no big deal. i was sad. but i can get over it eventually. besides, my ex-bfs have already hurt my feelings before.. am i going to sabotage my next relationships cos of them..? NO WAY!

actually.. if u think abt it.. ur ex was still quite young when she cheated on u.. she was immature bah.. and probably din foresee the consequences of her actions.. maybe she's sorry abt it? maybe she's remorseful? maybe she regretted?

maybe it's not easy for u.. so let time heal u.. dun be in a hurry to forget the incident. besides, if u keep reminding urself, "forget my ex, forget my ex".. ur brain will only remind the key words.. which is "my ex, my ex"..
