no. subaru drink alot and is not that cheap if u want gd parts. subaru is not easy to maintain.
the things u have mention, my car meet afew of them. lol.
1) doesnt drink alot
my car dont drink alot. around 15km/l
2) easy to maintain
eh. alright lah. everytime servicing cost around $450.
3) doesnt give problems
every car will give some problems. my so far so gd. havnt give any serious problem yet.
4) safe even if in accidents (if u get wat i mean)
once my car bang behind a toyota's vios bumper. his bumper crack and my car is perfectly alright. 
5) cheap and low cost and maintenence
same as Q2
6) 4seater
my is 5 seater.
7) good to last
erm. alright lah.
8) "warranty" and easy to find and cheap replacement parts (if necessary)
my parts not really that easy to find. but i manage to find 1 workshop has the parts.
9) perfect for new and/or experienced drivers
very gd for both drivers.
10) good all rounder
yeah not bad. cause has gd FC.
11) nice appearance (of least importance and priority)
the new model look nice. haha.
