As MISHOP refund is refunded to my EZ PAY a/c not to my Bank a/c therefore my IB will not reflect the amount on my Statment.

As the exchange rate was 22. My IB reflected 21.51. A simple calculation will shows that my bank charges 2.23%
(22-21.51) / 22 = 2.23
As for the refund was accepted into my Ez Pay on 28 June. The exchange was 21.6. After bank charges. The equation will be 21.6* 1.0223 = 22.082
