yea.. we celebrated my dog's birthday for like 3-4 times already..

there was once when my brother took my dog to the pets cafe at east coast and eat cakes & goodies..

but most of time, we will just buy lots of toys & food then we'll surround her with all those stuff so she will feel happy and excited..

i don't think dogs will realise it's their birthday lah..
