Re: Anyone know how to avoid taking long naps my mum calls it power naps. sleep for 5-10 minutes. don't get anything more than that otherwise you'll won't wanna get up, even if I pour ice down your neck. make your surrounding peaceful and serene, a complete 5-10 will energise you to complete the things you've gotta do!
it's some technique she read in a book, and this technique gives you the rest you need, yet the energy required to continue working!
to wake up, set your handphone alarm clock lahhs. or any alarm clock at all. if you after school lie down and sleep straight away, set your handphone to go off in 10 minutes. if you need awhile, maybe 15-20 minutes. depending.
p.s: i don't do this. i'm just quoting my mum. i too also sleep like long hours after school, damn tired. everyday 3-5hours of sleep. don't sleep, WILL DIE. ><
