i've never heard of qisahn but i gt my PSP from sim lim square.
i would recommend that you get it as a package which usually include the following item for slim
main console(standard pack+custom firmware)
usb cable
screen protector
4gb memory card
this 4 item should not cost more then $320 or around this price is acceptable
and for games, include or not doesn't matter because u can just download them from the internet for free
honestly, PSP is abit outdated already while NDS is alot more fun them PSP nowadays..
but if buying at sim lim square, BEWARE OF SCAM AS IT IS VERY COMMON THERE while the most budget price can be found there too..
but for safety reason, just get those compulsory items like those i mention above, shop owners will try everything to suck your wallet dry so for other items they offer, reject them all..
