I was told to drink 250ml of water every hour. I usually drink one glass at the start of the day to flush out toxics. It's quite good, I never had any constipation problems too.

During the day, you are on the move and gravity tends to pull the water down. Your face will be less swollen as compared to during morning hours. By sweating, you help clear the water and toxic in the body. so sauna maybe a good way of getting rid of water retention.

I think a lot of people have the misconception that drinking more water will make them retent even more. If you don't drink more water, toxics will build up and it is one of the causes of water retention. Always go to the toilet when theres the urge to do so.
