makes sense.but we're talking bout their looks with the way they present themselves.
i know when one looks good on the outside,it doesnt mean he/she has the inner beauty too(vice versa).
but hey,to many of us,its not the case.should u look good on the outside,you should look even better on the inner & the way u present urself etc.
but poor singaporeans.not many are like that =)
