put the 390.PBP and the m33-3 eboot file into the 3.90m33 installer
then put the 3.90m33 installer to your GAME folder in your memory stick

Finally got down to update my psp cfw yesterday. i hope i got it right but i am not sure, are there anyway to confirm that the psp is updated with no errors?
