be it contract or perm, understand the terms of employment is the most impt.
some coy dun give contract staff benefits, eg. annual leave, medical leave and etc. but some coy treat contract staff like perm staff, just that it is on contract, may be renewal or convert to perm after the stipulated time.
if u have diploma or better still, degree, try to apply for EP/SP. coy will prefer EP/SP too, cos they can save on the levy. |
