For me I'll charge in according to the following
- Design and Concept
- Web conversion (PSD/PNG to html/css)
- Template conversion (for clients wanting cms)
- Additional stuff eg. web forms, emailers
- Databases
- Overheads (fee to charge if client needs me to get to their work location eg. Tuas)
