Re: CRUNCHES = 6 packs/fatter? no such thing as spot reduction when it comes to burning fat. It's an overall concerted effort. As for working out the abs, crunches and leg lifts definitely helps. But to see them you gotta prepare to whittle down your body fat percentage to the single figure region if not the abs wont be so defined.
