IMO, seems like other than being used to your current job, there really isn't much reason to stay..
Lower pay, and since its not perm,i guessing little/no promotion chances ?
For me, i occasionally try to step out of my comfort zone, coz when you do, it makes you stronger
And besides, after the first few mths of awkwardness, you'll get used to the job, and it becomes your comfort zone too.
It also opens you to more job opportunities in the future... You can't stay in that particular line of job you're in forever, so being comfortable in many fields helps..
The flexi hours / medical benifits will also be useful to you when you have a family of your own.
So i say, Go on ! Its hard step to take but i think it'll be worth it..
And if the new job doesn't work out, then at least be proud to say that you had the guts to step out of your comfort zone. And that you left a job that was leading you nowhere.. aka. no prospects.
