Have u tried interval training before? or what they call, 30/60? It basically starts with 30sec of sprint.
Doesn't matter what speed, just give it all you've got for that 30sec.
slow jog for 60sec, then another 30sec of hell. Try to do at least 5 sets..
Once u are ready, can try 60/120 instead. but that is a little more tough.
