Yes, it's true. I've got true life story. I almost got scammed by overseas people.
I went PO to send the money over, then I asked the uncle how long will it take etc. The uncle looked at me like something's amiss, and asked me "Do you know that they can retrieve your money even WITHOUT the security question? As long as they have some of your information they can pass..." If I'd not met him, I'd had got scammed.. Don't scold me silly/stupid/dumb.. It was few years back! And I dont think their service has improved...
