lets get str8 into the meals. for those who have really high metabolism. (which means u are skinny and nv get fat at all). having more frequency of light meals will solve all ur problems. which means one day u eat abt 6 meals of light ones compare to 3 heavy meals u always did. the reason for this is to get ur body working evry sec. and fill wif energy every hour.and wif light meals. ur body will absorb those nutrition better.
ok. here is one sample meal plan.

X_X Breakfast:
1 bowl of oatmeal.
1 egg , 5 egg whites.
4 pieces of wholemeal bread.
1 fruit.
1 cup of milk

X_X Snack:
1 serving of cereal
1 cup of milk
1 fruit

X_X Lunch:
1 banana
2 slices of bread with chicken breasts and veg

X_X Snacks:
4 slices of wholemeal bread
1 meal replacement shake
1 fruit

X_X dinner:
pasta with chicken breasts
1 fruit

X_X pre-workout:
1 cup of milk
1 banana
1 cup of juice

X_X post-workout:
protein shake

Notice that there is a work out session?
there is no point abt eating so much and not doin any exercise.
exercise in gym or any other type will damage ur mucles.. and protein that u eat in the day will repair them in the nite.... thus help u to put up more muscles... the more weight u train wif.. the bigger ur muscles will grow... get the pattern ?
1st of all, it is about perservance.. it will be rather tough to eat so much at 1st... but do tell urself.. to enjoy the food.. they are food afterall.. tell urself.. that if u eat them.. u will better make urself bigger.. and fitter.. and... of cos.... more gals comes to u

anyways... people will be asking abt supplement... alot ppl tot that getting supplement in their body will get them growing... u are wrong!
listen to that word... supplement... it is an extra thing!!! it is juz an add on to ur meals... in my plan.. i put in meal replacement shakes.. and protein shakes.. u will grow as well if u don use them.. u can replace them wif .. fruits... veg ? or other protein stuffs....

i hope this answer all ur doubts cheers! say good bye to skinny days...

I eat cereal and milk at night, wait 2 hours, then do abit (really abit only, to work my muscles) of workout before sleep..
Will it help in muscle growth?
