healthier and prettier too in the yr 2007 . things that causes us to gain weight
- late nights out (with combination of lots of alcohol)
- sleepin too much (hibernation does not make u thin but fat instead)
- lazy to move the butt around .
- fatty foods . food that cause us to age faster
- carbonated water causes us to look older
(example* coke , even diet coke is considered in too)
- the fat from choco chips stays on the tighs,necks and arms . wad we can do to prevent or become better
- exercises to recommand are 30mins workin or even yoga
- eat healthy .(example* food such as salmon, olive oil,
spinach, garlic, tomatoes and nuts)
- do drink 6-8 glasses of water as it hydrates the skin .
- eat lesser food products that contain sugar, high fructose corn syrup,
enriched flour, saturated fat, hydrogenated oil .
