Used to work in STK as engineer too... Not as good as they says/promised.. Tink my IQ dropped alot while working in there but something gd is my EQ improved tremously!!!
IQ dropped bcoz slacked too much n seldom need to use my brain to work.. EQ improved coz have to endure any unfairness or any grievence (e.g your superior bias/incompetence but shift all the blames to you)!! No matter how defensive you are, your head is always on the chopping board if the position you r having is not high!!!
See how they treat their contractors, worst!!! Their contractors will be the scapegoat for any mistakes before STK staff. They happy they will pay the contractors, they not happy, they will drag their payments even the job is DONE till the contractors on site BEG them!!!!! I can't stand it hence decided to leave... There are some good guys around in the company but its all your luck whether you will work with them or not. Anyway, its your choice to join or not to join them.. If you decided to join them, GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!
