but if her character is really tat bad as u said... perhaps it is time u should consider u still want and need such a friend...
if u do hope she would would change for the better, yet after so many heart to heart talk (i believe u have done it), u should have a last talk to her in a very stern manner and inform her that if she contiues to stick to her usual behaviors, u would drop her off as a friend... then the next time she misbehave again, u can tell her this: u blah blah blah.. and i am really very upset abt it...
then u ingore her for awhile till she change a little and came knocking to ur door for a reunion...
but the drawback of this method, is the friendship between the 2 of you may fall off... if that is the case, i believe such a person is not worth to be a friend of yours, so perhaps u can drop her off as a friend...
