Anyone got tips?! XD Im a slow runner and I need to get staminer =X
My 2.4 is crap XD and I really want to pass this year (last year in school ><)
So anyone got any tips of running ?! XD Many say jog... But some how >< My stomach will ache and the lower part too... after like 1k....something My legs will hurt untill I want to just fall down >< I tried many ways =X
